sorry but we have been shopping for christmas gift's.--here in the united states we have thrift stores. goodwill-salvation army-cathlolic charities-and many second hand stores.if the american economy and job market where better i night have purchased all new thing's. however the plus side is, the charitie's use the money to do good. so we try to use only store's that pay it foward. so to all that think america is paved with gold, not true. if you are from any country, any religion, you will certainly have it better with freedoms and the chance to have a good life. welcome, but only legally.OH YES,I FORGOT!YOU CAN READ OUR OTHER BLOG AT: http://jodie-fyifromjodiesstuff.blogspot.com Thats all for today be happy and blessed

Sunday Dec 11,2011
Today was Sunday, my son Christopher , his wife Tina and my little grandson Tiberius came over to celebrate his first birthday. It is hard for me to believe that this year has gone by so quickly. It seems like yesterday that we were waiting anxiously for him to make his grand entry into this world. So once again
'Happy Birthday' Tiberius Allen Brown. I baked 4 round 9 inch cakes 2 white and 2 carrot. I turned Howard, my other half , loose with the frosting. He has never decorated a cake before and it turned out beautiful it truly was awesome. I have put a picture of it on here. white frosting on top with colorfull sprinkles and chocolate frosting around the outside. Yum it was very good. So my chef might end up a baker also.Or at least my decorater. Was a great Sunday , be happy and blessed.

SO YOU LIKE FOOD!!!!
ok people, remember i use lower case most of the time so lets begin. Ukrain Russia,Isreal, Poland that whole area.Russian Beluga may be ok for most. not me as i like Whales so i do not eat this. also $228.00 for 12oz--339gr is not in my budget... but vinaigrete salad--meat mixed jelly (holodets)are good---fish jelly not so much. but you got me on herring and cream sauce wow! yummy!some times khebovo-pokyoba soup with cereals, schi, rassolnik, okrosha, solyanak fairly good if made the old way.as far as pastry goes just to many to mention. pie cheese cake my number one.if you need recipe's for any dish from any country just facebook hs.stern and i will hit allow.then you can ask me how to make your heart's desire. did i mention i am a chef. should you not like facebook--e-mail at hss84us@yahoo.com ask me the dish or dish's you want i will email you back. i enclude the brand-the average price and the store's to go for the ingredients. we would not like to leave out countrie's who eat lamb in the opec nations. that is if you want to e-mail a messianic chef... be blessed,be well and happy. that is it for today.

SHOPPING!
We went grocery shopping today. I think that I really like the "Piggly Wiggly" store. They have been having some really go prices. Not only that, I find that their clerks are very friendly, and go the extra mile for their customers. That is a big deal for we who are disabled,or elderly. It is nice to have someone help you out and load your groceries, and be friendly, while doing this good deed.
So I noticed that gasoline prices have dropped somewhat. The highest I noticed was $3.19 per gallon. Its getting better. Now if it stays like this and maybe even drop a little more, that would be great. Been slowly sending out X-mas cards, trying not to forget anyone, still have a bunch to do.
Well, we have another cold snap going on here in the deep south. High of 53 and a low forcast of 33 tonight. Sure will be nice when March rolls around and it gets hot again. I guess thats about it for today , be happy, and blessed.

Sunday Dec 4,2011
Today was fantastic! Chris,Tina and Tiberius came over and we went out for a Sunday drive, Howard took us to the big Flea market, Oh they have some beautiful things and the hand carved furniture!!! So awesome , I have never seen such furniture. Honey! Hit that LOTTERY!(Smile)
So from there we went to the China Buffet, well I was very good and had 2 pieces of sesame chicken 2 chicken meatballs, a small tablespoon of the fine noodles,6 green beans and a little chcolate pudding for desert, oh yea I gave Ty a couple of bites of my food to so i did pretty good. Oh but my stomach has shrunk so I was full in fact I am still full and it is after 7 pm. I did not get the lapband surgery , as I have told you but I am doing the diet that goes with it the only thing different is there is no band on my stomach, and it is working.
After eating we went down to the beach for a little bit, we haven't gone down there for a while. We had a great day. It is good to have family time. My grandson is going to end up being my best buddy, I have so many things I plan to do with him, I can't wait. Well that's about it for today, oh one more thing, if you want to get ice cream that is really great and costs less, go to Piggly Wiggly it is $3.88 for a gallon, it is really good.We bought 2 gallons one vanilla and the other Neopolitan. Be happy and blessed.

Dec 3rd, 2011
Well it was a beautiful day today the sun was shinning , the birds singing, it was 69 degrees, so no jacket needed. We took a ride to Pensacola and did a little shopping and it was a really nice afternoon. Then Chris and Tina stopped bye for a few minutes, tried the Chili, I had mentioned that I was craving it and was going to make some, well my honey, the chef, made me Chili. He is so awesome, and makes me so happy!!
I am keeping him for good!(smile) Chili was fantastic!!!
I could go crazy in the toy departments , the toys that they have for the kids are so fantastic, most of the things I have been looking at are things that teach in some way or another. I can't wait until Ty is big enough to go to the stores and play in the toy depts. I worked in the shoe dept at Hills in Watertown, NY in the ,90's I used to see the kids in the toy dept, having a ball, and driving the clerks crazy. Like the other dept clerks, we would go back at closing time and help straighten if it was too bad. But hey, a kid has to try out the toy before Mom buys it, like trying on a new pair of shoes, right? So for all you shoppers, have fun and enjoy the Holidays, your kids will be grown before you know it. Be happy and Blessed.

CHERI-THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE YOU A SHOUT OUT. HOWARD

what's for christmas dinner?
Hi folks, please notice I use lower case type almost all the time...well,i am making ham, turkey stuffing. the usual.i buy the ham and turkey at walmart, sometimes black forest ham and butter-ball turkey. however might be a store brand. i like stoufers for the stuffing(garlic)we have a bottle of Dom from 4 years ago(not a big drinker and only at home). cranberry sauce usually(mott's or great value store brand).then if i am in the mood to bake a cake- dunkin heinze-pillsbury-betty crocker and all the above have icing.other stores i use are,publix-win-dixie and piggly wiggly. i can cook kosher if need be and lamb for a middle east dish.a big briscut corned beef style if you like russian-europe dish with veggies.or any style greek with baklava..ooph sagapo.i am pretty sure i can e-mail you any food from any country. just ask in the comment section or my personal e-mail, hss84us@yahoo.com .so folks be well,be blessed,be happy and hug a loved one. Howard

Oh yes and I usually go to Home depot or Lowes, or Walmart for the lights, and the latest thing Solar Christmas lights, I plan to get those for outside and save on my electric bill. Thats all Folks!

BLACK FRIDAY
So today is Black Friday, sorry it was Black Friday,It is 1:32 a.m. Saturday morning. The house is quiet and my mind is settling down from a busy day. Thought I would ask everyone what good deals they got today with their shopping? We,well my other half,Howard, got a really neat Mustang remote control car for our Grandson. It is really cool because he is to young to do a radio control car, but this one has buttons on top of the roof that you set and it goes either in circles ,left or right, or straight ahead, not sure if it has reverse. But it has the muscle car noise and I believe the lights light up, but not sure. It is pretty cool. So anyhow Christmas season has begun!
Five more days until I get the lap band surgery . I am a little nervous, and the liquid diet was difficult the first couple of days, but now I am doing really good, and it helps when you have your other half helping you. Howard is right there with me , he has figured every way possible to make any and every food a liquid and very tasty. He is great. So Thank you.It is appreciated and I think I will hang on to him for a long time. I wish everyone had as good a partner as I do.
Have you seen the new Christmas lights that are solar. I am going to check them out, could decorate the whole house outside with as many as you want and not have your electric bill change at all. Sounds great to me.
Well that's about it for now, gotta get some sleep so be happy and blessed.

What can I say?
We started a new blog on this site. You might ask why,as we had a blog going on another site, which i will not name at this time.My better half of 7 years wrote a blog about the things going on in today's world. Beliving in his first admendment rights. How ever that other site suspended the advertiseing, the money made from the over 400 and growing readers. Their excuse "our advertiser's did not like it"and saying that I was getting excessive clicking. How conveient since they where about to send us about $100.00 check but did not.So we are waiting to hear on the appeal we sent in. So they can figure out their reply. In the mean time, we are letting our 500 readers know that we are here. We can handle several blogs and also if we get accepted, help advertiser's make money. We can do this because my guy is a chef with many dishes. We do this by mentioning the products-the stores and supermarkets, to find ingredients needed to make the meals.Whether for the USA,Russia,Netherlands or any in Europe or Asia or the Mideast.Besides being a chef-these, are the things he knows well, real estate, antiques, night club, resturant, manager of Christian tv station-owned the first Disney store and a deli coffee store and also a flea market busines. To top it off, he is a minister.if you ask questions about any of the above, he will help or advise you(no charge)the best he can.all while giving you name brands that work.Ok folks that's it for now.be well, blessed and happy. If you are visiting Alabama and want to get married on the beach, at Gulfshore he can do that as well. Like I said before,he is a keeper!(smile)

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

So it is Thanksgiving once again! Hope everyone is going to enjoy the day, well everyone but the Turkey! The weather is mild today, thats a plus! I know a lot of people have traveled miles and miles to be with family and friends, so take care on your way home. I have some experience with this type of Thanksgiving traveling. Everyone is in a big hurry to get to their destination, they are moving fast, and weaving in and out of traffic you just don't know who is awake, or dozing off. I remember being delayed outside of St.Petersburg Florida for 2 hours while they took care of a bad wreck. So all of you, please drive home carefully.
Watch your football, and enjoy your family and friends. Happy Thanksgiving, from our house to yours.
